Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data for Ocean Tile Match 3: Zen Puzzle using any of the methods below.

1. In-game

Open Settings, then tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your cloud account and save data (level progress, coins, lives, power-ups, timestamps, and your player ID). This action cannot be undone.

2. Online request form

Submit a request using our deletion form. You will need your User ID, which is shown on the game's Settings page.

3. Email

Email tmsngames@gmail.com with your User ID and the type of request (delete all data, delete gameplay progress, or delete advertising data).

Data we store only when you sign in

Your cloud save (level, coins, lives, power-ups) and player ID, stored via Unity Gaming Services under an anonymous player ID. If you have never signed in, we hold no account data to delete and your progress stays only on your device.

Data collected whether or not you sign in

Advertising ID and app or diagnostic data used for ads, analytics, and crash reporting (Google AdMob, Firebase). To remove or limit this, reset your Advertising ID in your device settings, or contact tmsngames@gmail.com.

What may be retained

Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot identify you, and purchase history retained as required for financial and tax records, then deleted when no longer legally required.

Processing time

Requests are completed within 30 days. A confirmation is sent to the email you provide. For Google-held data (Advertising ID, Play Games profile), please also manage your data through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
